Start A Fundraiser

Whether you’re recognizing a birthday, a wedding, a recent promotion or just life, consider celebrating with AiD while making a difference. Consider starting a fundraiser and mobilizing your community to support our work. Whether it is $5 or $50, no contribution is too small to matter.

Talent Call

Africans are the most educated immigrant group in the United States and the United Kingdom. We have skills and talents that we can transfer back to our communities and countries without having to leave our bedrooms. Our partner organizations often need technical or capacity strengthening support to advance their work. Perhaps you've got the skills they need. Sign up here and let us know what you can do.

Share Your Story

Africans in the Diaspora wants to tell the inspiring stories of how diaspora Africans are making a difference in their communities in the U.S. or back home by sending remittances, starting community projects, or establishing organizations and businesses. Do you have a story about how your work has made an impact back home? Let us know and we will help you tell it.

Become An Ambassador

Help tell the story of AiD and the work of our partners to your friends, family, and co-workers by becoming an Ambassador. Do you want to know more about AiD or do you want to share our message with your community? We need people who can represent AiD and create excitement for Diaspora philanthropy. Organize a lunch, dinner, or cocktail hour for AiD and we will be there to meet your loved ones and share our work. We will provide everything you need to share our work with pride.
